Why “Health isn’t wealth for some people”? 

When you become happy, you become healthy. Healthy doesn’t mean free of disease, it means well being of a person physically, socially as well as mentally. As researchers say only one in 20 people has no health problem but does it mean they are healthy? That’s the reason, people think that having unhealthy is normal and they don’t consider health as wealth. But having health is very important, and the idea of “health is wealth” says that the most important thing (wealth) is health. 

Ways to practice healthy living 

1- Improve physical health:

 • Minimize workplace accidents. 

• Practice good hygiene. 

• Do not use tobacco, alcohol or drugs. 

• Take Recommended Injections. 

• Exercise regularly for at least 15 minutes. 

These simple practices can help you to have good physical health which leads to overall well-being. Physically healthy also free a person from having the common disease. 

2- Improve Mental health: 

• Enjoy your life • Vanish all bad experiences from your mind as soon as possible. 

• Create a balance between your family and Career. 

• Feel safe and achieve your goal. Mental well-being is not only about getting free from depression, anxiety or any disorder.

 It is all about how a person wants to live which surely depends on the above aspects. If your mind is well, you feel well and when you feel well your work. 

Is happy mean healthy? 

According to scientific research, when a person is happy, he feels healthy. As you should also have heard once “Laughter is the Best Medicine”. Happiness reduces pain, releases stress, boosts your immune system as well as protects your heart. In short, we can say that happiness makes you healthy.

Spain’s population eats Mediterranean diet food containing Omega-3, protein and fats. This diet food reduces the risk of cancer, dementia and heart diseases. It also helps to cure normal diseases. Surely, they think that health is the biggest wealth.

According to a scientific study, it's been found that approx 47% of the urban workforce is overweight. Around 27% are going through hypertension and 10% are suffering from diabetes. We all know that the working population have some burden due to which they can’t heal fast. But investing in their health is the most important thing one should do. Not only this population, but every person should also invest their time and money in health. As we say Health investment is the best investment.
